Xenographia started some years
ago as a personal gallery for Serena & Federico
art and Martin's stories.
After a while, the original team was approached
by other furry artists, both italian and not;
we expanded our horizons by welcoming others
in the site, first among them Contix, and adding
some new elements.
Doing that, we realized that the site's design
was becoming a little constricting, limiting
what we could do, and how: so we started planning
a radical expansion of the site, adding new
people and new features, and thus a drastic
decision was taken: Serena redesigned the site
from scratch, removing obsolete or problematic
features while making space for a new, improved
structure.
Xenographia is now a growing,
brand new italian online community for furry
artists and writers, although non furry authors
are welcome too.
Still, our main goal is the same we had when
we created the site: contribute, in whatever
way we can, to what's nice to see and read on
the net.
To that purpose, we help artists promote their
sites or their galleries, posting links together
with samples of their art, and host their works
in case they don't already have someplace to
put them.
The contents of our site include stories, art,
comics, flashtoons and the like, as well as
extra elements you can download, like wallpapers,
WinAmp skins and more. We hope that among the
many galleries and pages that compose our site
you'll find something that you'll like; we all
do our best to make it so.
